Updating your unit pin is critical for your recruiting efforts. Unit leaders need to periodically check and update their unit's information. You want prospective parents to get the best information on your unit.

Write your Unit Pin solely for the parent with scout-age children and presume they do not know anything about Scouting or your Troop.
